- December 2021 by Erwin HillLowes is a good store. I go there quite a bit the only reason I’m giving them four stars is every time I try to scan my pro ID there seems to be an issue with the system so I wish they would fix that…..but other than that…..?
- December 2021 by Richard SchwalbeI purchased a dishwasher on line which was to be delivered from this store. The day before delivery they called to confirm that they would deliver it. After 11AM on the delivery day they called to say they were not coming but would "schedule for a week later". They claimed it was a weather delay, but the sun was shining and the roads were dry. Rather than delay my project for a week (or more), I drove there and picked it up which took more than 3 hours. I won't do business with these people again.

Lowes Delivery Service: this is a joke, they call you a day before to check in with you about being available. Then they forget to call you ahead of time the day of delivery, and it gets rescheduled to the following week. Don’t waste your money paying for delivery and installation. Not worth it

I went in with this crazy idea to make the biggest slip n' slide ever and he helped me choose all of the right parts and pieces from their PVC inventory, helped me choose plastic, and even came out to find me in the lot after he realized I had the wrong piece for an integral part of the hose system. I have honestly never had a better customer service experience than I did at Lowes with William today. Thank you SO much! (Hopefully, reviews can promote bonuses for stellar employees??) :) Seriously though, best ever experience there!
- December 2021 by Amber GabrielVery nice, clean store. We were able to find everything we needed, including matching paint samples from other brands. The employee at the paint desk was fast and helpful. Restrooms were clean. There were no hanging tags or copies of SKUs for the outdoor furniture. Customers were told to get out of line, go back outside and take a photo of the scan bar on the items they wanted, then come back in and show the customer service cashier the number. This was very inconvenient and easily solved by making copies to scan at the counter. A more efficient way of handling this would be nice.
