Ausonia Hungaria was a pleasure to stay at, and redefined what a 5-star hotel experience should be. Having stayed at different hotels in Italy billing themselves as 5-star, I do not say this lightly. The staff were welcoming, the room was top tier, and the breakfast was phenomenal. My partner and I wished to take the hotel with us to visit other cities, but of course such a thing is not possible. Keep it up!

Great hotel! The room was clean, quiet and air conditioned. All the employees are kind, and I always feel relieved when I come back here. The restaurant is especially nice. I didn't know his name, but the waiter with glasses was very friendly and noticed everything right away. The food was also very delicious. The roasted quail was really delicious. For the first time since I came to Italy for a trip, I thought that I could meet Italy and Italian restaurants that I had envisioned in advance.

We just dropped in for lunch today totally by surprise without any réservation (we are not guests of the hotel) and I must say we were received by the waiter (his name is Prodip) like Queen and King. He made everything possible to make us comfortable l as if we were at home. The food was fantastique with a huge choice in the menu at very resaonable prices considering the hotel. We have come to Venise several times and this is a place I highly recommande.

Breakfast to dinner was amazing. Welcoming. Bright and fresh. Staff was amazing. All staff everywhere. Pool service was top notch. I didn’t want to leave. They handle the car parking perfectly. They were helpful in every way to find a babysitter, help with towels, umbrellas, getting something from the car for me while I was out. The lights in the room are annoying. We have a baby and ping at night to the bathroom means the lights automatically turn on. That’s not helpful with a baby. Also, we like to use the toilet in privacy and the glass walls weren’t comfortable. We used the bathroom in the hall to avoid the problem. Terrace view on top is amazing. Outside walls are covered in ceramic and glass. Truly amazing property, food and staff.
