December 2021 by tony montanaNot happy how thing turn out ,good talk game until he gets to the mediation room, then he let the insurance do whatever they want . The word sound very convincing when he is talking to you, but at the end fold won’t fight more than he has to .. think twice before choosing a lawyer because it can cost you to stay injured and thousands down the road warned . don’t let him send out unnecessary check to the doctor for opinion when they supposed to do there report for free he going to deduct it from you for unnecessary doctor report that the insurance already has, and already payed for. ask your doctor for a full report every visit . And I am being generous with this report because it was way worse god bless .A wolf in sheep clothes you will be deceive all the way ..warned !!

December 2021 by Rachel DavisI had contacted their office to help me with applying for disability. Dina made things very clear, simple and easy to work through. She even dropped by my house to help me sign paperwork when I was to weak to get out of my house. There was always good communication, and I always felt I could ask questions. When we hadn't heard anything from SSA for a very long time, she even helped me contact the state congress to see what could be done. We started getting answers soon after that. I was so relieved during the whole process that I did not have to worry about trying to slog my way through this myself at a time I was least equipped to handle anything. My case is now settled. I would very much reccomend working with them.

December 2021 by Nathan DealI retained the services of Burdine and Brown, Attorneys at Law in late 2019 due to a job injury I sustained earlier in the year. I had never had a need to hire an Attorney and was completely at a loss as to what firm I should use. After trying a "big box" attorney, I quickly realized I had made a mistake. A family friend suggested I contact Thomas Brown of Burdine and Brown and simply speak to him about my case. I did so and it was the best decision I ever made in regards to my case. Mr. Brown and his staff were extremely attentive to the particulars of my case and stayed way ahead of the curve. I was sent to doctors which I would have had no clue I needed to go to had it not been for Mr. Brown's expertise. My case took close to two years to come to an end and at times I felt like I was in a small boat in the middle of the ocean with no paddle. I will never forget voicing my frustrations to Mr. Brown and him telling me that he understood my concerns but that "even though you feel like you are in the ocean without a paddle, I am the captain of the boat and assure you I will not let it drift off course". He stuck by those words until the very end and the results of my case were outstanding. Going against an insurance company, which has almost unlimited resources, to do battle was a daunting thought for me. Mr. Brown and his staff stood tall in the face of a giant and steadily pushed forward on my behalf. His firm is small but has the heart of a giant. I was never left wondering or with questions unanswered. Dina was quick to respond with answers to any question I had or with any new information gathered. This was much appreciated as sometimes it did get overwhelming. I can not voice enough praise for Burdine and Brown Law Firm. They are a fantastic group of people who have the best interest of their clients at heart. I knew right away my case was not just about money to Mr. Brown and his staff but was mostly about me getting the proper care and compensation for my work injury and that it was done within the law. They are a small firm with a big heart. I would recommend them to anyone who needs the services of an Attorney due to a work or accident injury. Many thanks to the entire staff for all each of you did for me throughout my journey through a Workers Compensation battle!
