- December 2021 by Amy Edith MentzerHad a swollen little toe plus a fungal infection that I needed to get looked at. Spent over $300 out of pocket just to get treatment and could barely afford it as a college student but needed answers. The doctor who specializes in feet could not tell me what was wrong with my toe then said he believed it to be something called “COVID toe” and said it should go away on its own. It never did. Had to get labs for my toenail and that was another $250+ and then they tell me all I can do is go get an over the counter polish for it which doesn’t even work :-)))) plus the doctors assistant literally never answers the phone :-) wow
- December 2021 by Ni ReNever got in for my appointment. Traffic was horrible & every light was red, so I missed my check in time but was there in time for my appointment. My appointment was changed to an entire month away, because of paperwork that literally would have taken me no more than “five” (5) minutes to complete. Not a good day.

I drove over a hour for a 4pm appointment and i got here at 4pm and the doctor was not here with a rude secretary saying i was supposed to be here at 330p for paperwork . I have a voicemail from the company stating that my appointment is at 4p and all she could tell me well i dont know who told you that and would i like to reschedule. I should have listened to the reviews.
- December 2021 by Matthew HallTheir billing department doesnt follow through with what they say they will do and is rude. They messed up a bill of mine and agreed to fix it. 2 months later I find out they never did and now claim that they never talked with me
- December 2021 by Lindy LikenessI had made an appointment with this company 1 month in advance due to work/school/volunteer schedules so that I could get the time off to ensure I would be able to go. Less than 1 week prior to appointment they called and indicated that they would need to reschedule and that there was no other Dr. who would be able to see me that date. The female on the phone was rude, and accusatory about my not being able to simply take the next day that she would offer. Instead of being apologetic for the change she simply attacked me for not changing the date and not being happy for the change. I told her “you are a rude young lady” to which she responded “Yes, I am.” I can tell you that I have not used their services and will never use their services simply due to that individual and I will be ensuring that everyone I come in contact with will be aware of the situation.
