- December 2021 by amy bishopI would give this place a 0 if I could. I can not comment on the physician because the front desk staff was so incredibly rude we left. I will admit, we were 4 min late for our appointment. The rude front desk talked on the phone for 3 min before she talked with us. Her first words were “your late and we will have to cancel you.” Didn’t even wait to hear that we were late because my mother had to treat her high blood sugar before we came and then had a slight panic when she realized her Dr office was in the same building as the oncology office my father went to when he unsuccessfully battled cancer. The receptionist then went to find the medical tech who came back now 15 min past our apt time. Meanwhile, I had all paperwork filled out and we were ready. The med tech was even more rude and said they could see us but we would make the whole day late and inconvenience every patient and everyone in the office. And if we were “ok” with inconveniencing everyone then I guess they could see us quickly. We were 4 minutes late! We left and the med tech just smirked while we walked away. Not worth our time or money!!

He put me at ease immediately and was so reassuring that all was well. He was very knowledeable and very personable in his approach. The staff was also very friendly, efficient and professional. I would recommend Dr. Van Wyngarden to anyone with foot problems.
