- December 2021 by Annie AnnisDr. Gaston does a service by going to Assisted Living Facilities and debrides and cuts toenails for residents. However, he is not checking with caregivers to see if permission is given to have this done to resident. Specifically, if the resident has dementia he should check with POA or caregiver before any treatment is done. Good that he makes these 'house calls', bad that he isn't aware of the situations.
