Excellent service with very attentive and thoughtful staffs. Room was spacious and clean. Cake for children. Amenities, water, coffee and tea. Breakfast at Satoo and dining at JIA was excellent. Definitely recommend this hotel.

We stay here every month because we have business to do between the 2 countries Saudi Arabia and Indonesia ??. I have to confess this hotel is absolutely extraordinarily incredible. The details of the room is beyond expectations, the hospitality, the room service is incredible. I have never seen anything which the " I don't like ". Therefore, the hotel location is awesome, you can go ahead and fond Casa mall and Grand Indonesia mall on which are near enough to make it by car.

Came here almost everyday during my stay in Jakarta for spa service and dinner. the spa called chi spa on L4 is very impressive. From the professional receptionists ,the polite cleaners to their therapists, everything is perfect and the price is also very affordable.

Very nice and safe hotel. Room is spacious and buffet spread is huge. They have non smoking floor for client to choose. Bed is big enough but pillow is too soft. The landscape around the swimming pool is marvelous and keep in very good standard. Worth to stay here of visit Jakarta.
