Had an excellent stay for many nights. Very courteous staff. Good breakfast with lots of local cuisine. Easy entry and exit. Just opposite the mall which has food shops and eateries too. Room service is quite nice too. Rooms are well maintained. The silver bird taxi service affiliation is also very good. Not to forget the friendly welcome at Airport by Cahyo the Pullman representative at airport. Hassle free pick-up from airport by Pullman. Good views from room. The Christmas program by children was excellent. Kudos Pullman for conducting the same.

The staff were very friendly and willing to help you at all times 24/7! Not only that, I had a hard time to choose for my breakfast since they have a wide range of cuisine such as Korean cuisine, Chinese cuisine, Western cuisine and Indonesian cuisine and they're all delicious! The only disadvantage is the traffic. Always crowded between 7 - 10AM & 4 - 7PM so I recommend not to go between those times. Other than that, I fully recommend this place!

Mini refrigerator didn't get cold. Bathtub is quite tall (~0.5m) but they have a good grab bar. A/C works very well, and the remote control lights are nice. We had 4 large suitcases so we upgraded to a larger room for our last 2 nights. The morning breakfast changes every day. Indonesian bubur is good, and they have European meats, cheese and smoked salmon. Also, sushi, Chinese and sweet pastries. The service is excellent.

Location is very comfortable beside big mall named central park. Across the hotel also mall. The staff id friendly and helpful. The room is bite small for 5 star hotel. Breakfast is good with a lot of variety. Overall is good hotel to stay if you have business or vacation at Jakarta.

Comfortable hotel but just couldn’t get my booking right. I was locked out of my room a couple of times and had to get my key remade. No security questions to check it was really me. Comfortable cool room. Non western breakfasts are great and varied. The coffee is really horrible. Back room bar is pleasant and offers good snacks. Good place for meetings and conferences.
