The service in this hotel is exceptional! The staffs are able to remember your name. Even dining in the hotel restaurant, the server asked my room number first and then was able to address my name correctly. These little things is really make a different. The room also nice and clean. I prefer this hotel the most in Jakarta compared to few other Marriott hotel that I stayed previously.

Stayed here for a few nights in Oct 2022. Excellent service from all staffs. Nice and friendly group of people and always with smiles on their faces. My room is at level 4 and the housekeeping guy is always smiling when he tidied my room. I must compliment their management. Good management leads good team. Good team serve with passion and smiles!

Very good experience indeed. They upgraded the room. Very friendly and courteous staff. Rooms were spacious. Wide variety of breakfast options. The restaurants, cafes and bar all had quality stuff and friendly staff. Will definitely stay again.

Had an very welcoming stay. When I came out of the car to making sure I received my rooms. Everything was tip top and very proactive. On 1 night I woke up at 3am, I had an allergy attack might be the food i ate, but to be sure, I got the concierge to change my sheets because the night before I was perfectly fine. went down to the front desk, so that house keeping could change the sheets. Gerry Aditya was so apologetic that I was uncomfortable and he notified the duty manager Bobby. I felt so bad as I did not want a fuss, just change the sheets and I am off to bed. But they wanted me to be comfortable, they ordered hot chocolate for me! Like very good service, the next day someone else called me to ask how was I feeling. Happy to see that at Le Meridien the service is still how a 5 star should be. Really need to say well done to the service staff. Though the hotel is really old in furnishing, the service standard is an all time high that makes up for the hotel, and can see that the hotel is maintained very well. Thank you Le Meridien Jakarta, I enjoyed my stay very much.

What I Love about the Place is the Food. The Breakfast Spread is Extremely well stocked. I should also highlight the Lounge. They have a very Good, Dedicated and Professional team. Just for that Experience you will come back. The Property is Old but maintained well the Only issue is the Traffic outside the Hotel when you want to Go to Kunningan Area and coming back at peak hour is a Head ache
