I had a wonderful time when I was here. The space was spotless and well-managed. They also provided the Quran and Bible, which is a very kind gesture. It was very roomy. The staff was polite and helpful. They offered a wide variety of meal options, including western, oriental, Middle Eastern/Indian, and Oriental cuisine. The dessert was very delicious. Grand Indonesia Mall and the hotel are connected, so we can go shopping and catch up with friends or colleagues with a short stroll from our hotel room. will definitely return.

Comfy and well thought. Got a nice view outside because of strategic location. Had a great time staying here. But I found a clump of hair on shower drain. It is okay but please clean more throughly.

The check in process at reception was very clear and concise as the girl at reception who I have forgotten her name explained all information clearly. Our room was on level 12 and would recommend getting the Grand Deluxe Room as you have city views . The room was very big and comfortable with plenty room to move and to enjoy. I would recommend having a bath in the tub as you can relax and enjoy the city views or watch TV in the bathroom if you feel like it. If you want breakfast it is best to go by 9:00am as it can get quite busy. You have breakfast at Signatures restaurant and just go to the entrance and wait for someone to ask for your room number and for how many people. You have a choice of Western, Indonesian or Japanese for breakfast so there is a lot of choice . If you want to go shopping you can choose the Grand Indonesia Mall . To get to the Grand Indonesia to the right of the lifts in the lobby there is an entrance that says Grand Indonesia and it takes around 1 minute to get there. The other mall you can go to is Plaza Indonesia but you have to cross the road to get to it and it's around a 5 minute walk from the hotel. The checkout process was also quick and the receptionist who helped me was Geraldine and she explained all information concisely and clearly. Would come back again to enjoy this hotel and the friendliness of the staff who are all willing to help you if you have a problem or question.

Was here, and need to wait a couple hours, but I got the executive room during my visit, so the hotel staffs escorted me and my family to the executive lounge. They were nice and polite ?. The room was spacious, the bathroom area was beautiful, my kids loved it and it was a beautiful memory for them so stay in this legendary hotel ?. We enjoyed the breakfast, and the pool staffs were friendly. I wish to be here during our next family holiday.
