The best thing I would see is swimming pool and exercise room service is amazing. His name is NINE, he is really support and very good service, swimming pool are so clean, well organized, they have massages water pool is well prepared and all so good. Thanks too much Nine, simple action and good service made my week at hotel feel comfortable.

Every single employee, from the concierge to housekeeping personnel, is exceedingly courteous and attentive. Food at the buffet restaurant in the morning took my senses worldwide. Beautifully crafted bites and plates for all preferences. Upon sentry to the restaurant, the hostesses are amicable and attentive to all guests. Once seated at the table, attention was on point with beverages and orders should you desire a specially made plate. I ordered an egg whites omelet with spinach, mushrooms, capers, and soft goat cheese with smoked salmon on top (uncooked), and my waiter remembered to bring it to my table every morning I ate at the restaurant. On my request, the receptionist sent to my room an HDMI cable I needed for a presentation and a vacuum cleaner to finish my packing with vacuum sealed bags.

Sits on top of a large shopping center. Hosts several restaurants including a great Japanese one. The hotel starts to be a bit dated. Rooms are spacious. Service staff doesn't care about green policy and changes all the towels regardless you've taken the time to sort them and clearly indicated which one you want to keep/change. Watch out for heated toilette seat: it's always hot and staff plugs it back in even if you unplug it. Breakfast choice very wide and nice but don't dare to show up in flip flops or the room slippers: you'll be sent back to change!

It has always been great staying in this hotel. Rooms are spacious, good location with direct access to Plaza Senayan, staffs are very friendly and responsive. Last time I had some issues with room and got a room upgrade. Really enjoyed staying at Fairmont Jakarta

Wonderful hotel, located right next to the NetApp and Oracle offices as well as two large high end malls and a golf course. If you are downtown in the business district you can't beat the quality, cleanliness and service at the hotel. Was my first time in Jakarta and had a wonderful time. Restaurants and bars on site are top notch.
