Last time staying here, and also having conferences was back then when it's still under the name of Intercontinental. Same great experience even now, friendly services, and most of all, still one of the best culinary impression among other major 5 stars hotels in Jakarta. Love this hotel :)

Hotel with such beautiful layout, although I got in to Midplaza buildings parking entrance instead, luckily they have shared same parking area. You might want to lower your expectations on food taste, since many places nearby offer more delicious dishes.

During the pandemic we spent here several times the quarantine. Always nice equipped and clean room. Staff is always very kind and helpful. The restaurants offering tasty food. If you have to stay in Jakarta this hotel it's a good choice in the central business destrict.

Its a good hotel.. so clean and cozy. Lots of Japanese people stay here, more on business trip. For the breakfast food, they have a lot of options to choose, from local to western. I like the dimsum and chicket feet, the mango pudding also the juice.. and all the service was good here, they offer us what to drink and will bring on our table.

Great hotel in Central Jakarta, great location near MRT station and some malls. The service is impeccable, all the staffs very attentive and provides all of our needs. The room is spacious and clean. The bed and pillows are comfortable, they have selection of another pillows to choose from. The TV can connect to your Android phones and applications. The Japanese style toilet is impressive. Facilities around the hotel is abundance and serviceable. The breakfast is awesome, they have so much selection of cuisine and the tastes are more than average.
