- December 2021 by Andrew DetroFirst off, my doctor sent me to them in January i beleave, and they ended up being out of network for my insurance. They recommended that I get custom removable foot inserts which I declined because of the cost of them. 220 a piece. They still ran it through my insurance at the end of April and then sent me a bill which I received yesterday. I thought if you declined something like this They could not force it on you. I called the company about their and all they would do is transfer me to billing. When transfered to billing they actually ask you to leave credit card info on their voice mail for payments. Anyway I had to leave a voice mail and it said they would respond within two business days. This is unacceptable and I feel sorry for those people that just pay their bills and do not question it or have met their out of pocket and deductible as this would have been free money for them. All my insurance would have done is notify my in a month that it got approved. This is pure theft bt this company.
- December 2021 by Tom FulnerI can't say enough good things about Dr Raynor. I have never had a Doctor do more to get to the root of the problem. If you are looking for a Podiatrist that you can get it and out quickly and not necessarily see results don't go here. If you are willing to wait possibly (not always) to have your problem solved Dr Raynor is the one. She is a savior for my foot pain. She worked through several issues to get me back on my feet with little to no pain.
