December 2021 by HannahWas so excited to visit the city market due to its history. Sad to say that my excitement diminished as soon as I walked through the front door. There was nothing. A few places to eat were open but on a Saturday afternoon, the majority of everything was closed. I wish Indianapolis would make it a more exciting historical place to visit like Detroit does with its Eastern Market.

December 2021 by Phil PettigrewCool place to visit. It's like a farmers market of different restaurants . Plus it has a great bar up stairs and if your lucky enough to catch a tour of the catacombs underneath. It's worth making a day of it.

December 2021 by Punit OmarLocation is great, building is also great.. but most of the shops here have been shutdown already. So don't make your opinion by looking at old pics of this place. It's no more a happening place since hardly a few shops are open, and very less people visit here.

Great for a family where everyone wants something different. Lots of seating upstairs and fun to look down on the market and watch the activity.
