They forgot barbecue sauce for our chicken nuggets and handed us a small shake when we ordered a large shake. Seems to be a typical McDonalds drive through occurrence in our last couple of visits.

The frappe machine never works, and they haven't had Carmel all month. Just throw the whole McDonald's away. Corporate store has to do better

December 2021 by Its me EvelynAbsolutely disgusting, ordered some food for a party, we paid for the food and drived up to get the food but they only gave us one thing, telling us to have a great night. We stayed and told them they hadn't given us any food. (The workers were teenagers so we understood it may have been their first time) we got our food, drove home and couldn't even eat the food. The fries were hard as rock , one of the burgers had hair in it, drinks tasted like watered down drinks. Totally understand these workers where in a hurry but I still think we could've been served better, it is not the first time I've had this experience at this restaurant.
