She got a whiplash injury, and the police said she was definitely not at fault because it was still a green light when she crossed the intersection. So I called Hughes Mathews Legal Group after hours on a Friday and left a message. To be sure that we get the case on our hands and that we will get the proper settlement from the insurance company. Much to my surprise, my call was returned that night by James. James went out of his way to make sure we were provided a personal touch. He thoroughly answered all our questions before any paperwork was even mentioned. The entire experience with James has been positive. A blessing that can't be overstated.
