I highly recommend Howe Law. Everyone there was great, and my case was resolved quickly. One of the paralegals, Ms. Lauren Bobak, was especially patient and helpful. She guided me through the entire process and was always available for questions. Howe is a smaller firm, and I think that's the key to their superior customer service.

I contacted Miss Natalie Jackson about a accident on a property that we rent. I was informed today that they were unable to assist me at this time! Miss Natalie personally sent all my information to another attorney to help me! I have never had that kind of service in my life! If you truly want an honest law firm there is no one better! This firm proved to be just another run of the mill, turn an burn, ambulance chasing accident firm. Highly disappointed at what started out as an impressive response by Atty. Richard Howe who appeared at our home the following morning after the accident. This only after I made an online inquiry in reference to the accident and what I had been experiencing in regards to body aches. I was told that this firm is different due to the fact that they are trial attorneys (no brainer 33% pretrial fee, 40% trial fee not including add’l case cost) and are willing to go that extra mile to win my case. I was rear ended by a distracted driver (repeat offender according to public records) and diagnosed with a herniated disc L4-L5, my vehicle was a total loss (this is the classic making of a great case I was told by Howe) it didn’t sound too classic to me at that time because it only meant that I had to secure debt on a new vehicle which was an inconvenience since I had no car note at the time. After several PT, Chiro and Ortho visits I was told that the only solution to resolve my on-going back pain and hopefully give me the ability to run again and get back to the lifestyle that I was accustomed to was total Replacement of the damaged disc. I’ve lived a healthy and active lifestyle running 3-5 miles daily, WFPB, etc up until the accident. I may never recover to that point again except by the grace of GOD. 3 years later and finally settled to what amounts to peanuts in comparison to the cost of medical care, lost wages and health and mental related issues. I strongly suggest that you who have taken the time to read this today and are considering hiring this firm please do your homework and interview a few firms before making a final decision on who you will allow to take on your case. Take the time read through the negative reviews and do not take for granted that there appears to be a resounding similarity on the reporting of lack of communication, response, etc. in addition, they offer their clients $500 and cover the cost of transportation to share their testimonials.

I was the victim of a hit and run accident back in early 2020. I had already had a horrible experience with an attorney prior to me coming across the Howe law firm. So naturally i had doubts and second guesses about dealing with another attorney office. First I'd like to express how informative Nathalie Jackson was. She was my first point of contact when it came to getting my case started. Nathalie was extremely friendly and thorough when it came to answering my questions and putting my concerns at ease. Along side the rest of the Howe team I received multiple checkup calls throughout the entire process to ensure not only that I was receiving proper care, but also keeping me up to date with the status of my case.
