We stayed here three nights. The location was... colorful, would not recommend straying from the grounds alone at night. The hotel seems to be trying to find itself again, quite a bit of renovation going on, and the upper mall was sparsely occupied d with open shops. The themes of the mall area looked as of it was really fun in it's heyday, sad to see it so lightly occupied. We were there there at a time when the restaurants weren't open into the late evenings, which was rather disappointing in a city that literally had the reputation of never sleeping. On the positive side, the casino was clean and the staff was friendly and very helpful. The room itself was serviceable, although we did have to call down for blankets. We did really enjoy the trip to the tower, the view was impressive, and worth the reduced price as a hotel guest. I think since we visited at a time when the upper pool bars weren't open yet, that we missed out on some of the more interesting features the hotel had to offer.

My husband and I stay at the resorts in Las Vegas often as my family lives here. This was by far the worst hotel experience I've ever had. At checking in the lines were long at 10pm. Our reservation was at another location that was moved to this location, so when they gave us a room with one bed and no view our frustration was not with the hotel. We called the front desk to get a new room moved over, the phone cut off and disconnected after 5 minutes of not being able to hear each other. The hotel did call us back on our cell phone so that was a plus. We were advised they moved us to another room in another tower that we would not need to get new keys it would just update to the current ones we had. My husband works in the hotel industry, we asked how can that be possible. They stated it is electronic and will update. After walking to the other side of the casino the new tower at the end of the hallway the keys did not work. We then had to go down to the front desk that was near the first tower we were originally in. At the front desk the guy said that is not how the keys work and that was not true. Provided us with new keys and told us the room book we had had the wrong number on it from check in. My husband said no they changed it over the phone they told us these would work, we know that the book was wrong. He just handed us keys and and walked away. After finally getting to the room my husband took a shower and I went to sleep. In the morning I tried to take a shower the water was luke warm at best, again we tried to call the front desk and the phone in this room cuts in and out being hard to hear. We advised the front desk the boiler system us having issues, as the shower worked last night. Do they have another room I can use to shower we needed to get on the road. I have to be at my moms bedside by 630am to it was 530 at that point. They told us they do not however they would send an engineer to check the water situation. My husband said that would not be needed as the system is a boiler system and it was working last night. It is not an independent on demand water set up. I highly doubt that the person on the phone understand what that means as it is not the field they work in. It is the field my husband works in. The engineer showed up very quickly, that was great. He was very night, I was in tears and over it. We were already packed and walking out the door. The end result was I got 5 hours of sleep no shower and a bill for parking for 40 dollars to park for 7 hours even though it said 20 a dayThis is by far the worst experience I've ever had in any hotel. The one blessing is that my kids were not with us due to the fact they stayed the night with my sister so I could get some sleep and a long shower.Do not stay here. The right hand does not know what the left is doing.

My husband and I visited the week before the Super Bowl. We had a great time. The rooms were nice. However, we didn't have a microwave or refrigerator. Our view of the mountains was great. The property had everything we needed for a very low-key Vegas trip. The property offered luxury dining as well as casual options. The shows were amazing, too. This property is the one stop to do everything Vegas is famous for. We will definitely be back.Nearby activities: We had a lovely time. Everything we needed was at our fingertips. Fast food, luxury dining, entertainment, and even a casino! We will definitely stay here again.

Hotel room was decent - I received an online offer promotion via email and booked for the dates accordingly - when I got to the front desk they said the dates were black out..which is at strange since I paid for part of the stay online as apart of their promotion for those set dates. I was able to provide the booking information and promotion / however, the room was conjuncted with two locked doors on both sides in which I could hear practically everything from both sides..one room had heavy smokers and I was in a non smoking room. Other than that it was comfortable and clean - and I was glad I could have my promotional offer honored regardless of the 30 minute back and forth with the front desk and supervisor

Well, I thought I'd switch from my normal stay, but it was a mistake. During my two night stay I had to call the front desk 4 times. The first time for poor drainage in the bathroom sink and the next 3 times for a television that only stayed on for 2 hours between fixes. The staff was great the check-in was fast. The check out was long. I paid for an up graded renovated room only to find that my view was of the parking structure. By the accommodation was decent 4/10. Made a reservation for Top of the World restaurant. Great views highly recommend but my food lamb chops, asparagus and the loaded baked potato arrived cold. I'm waiting for my refund for the resort fees. As they said, they couldn't comp my room due to being booked by a third party. But it looks like another charge was added after I checked out on the Feb 2/12, I just want the Strat to be a distant memory at this point.

I went for a friends bday Saturday until Wednesday 5days 4 nights. Easy checking I checked in at the desk but they have self check in . The room was okay don't think they cleaned great because I found a used mask n my room . The bathroom looks like a concrete prison bathroom. Not that many channels offered on television. The bar staff was pleasant and fast . The whole building smells like a old cheap motel .The LA Comedy was a funny great experience the comedian were hilarious. Top of the World restaurant is a bucket list experience awesome 360 view of Vegas

This was great when I entered this tower. I just thought it was going to be some normal hotel when I saw the height of the amazing place. So my family was getting a room to stay in for a few days and for because we were going to California to meet my cousins and I was amazed by the huge place. Sometimes they would serve food and it was great and it was easy to locate where your room was and everything was fun. And trust me, if you take the special elevator to the top floor you will have the best experience of a view EVER! You could even see the Las Vegas sphere from a view! I totally recommend this place to people who are traveling.

This was my first time in Vegas and I heavily enjoyed it. Despite what negativity you heard about this place throw it out the window, self check in was the only hassle but an attendee assisted me. The cold water was an issue because it was cloudy so had to run for a few minutes to clear. Other than that the tower, slots, restaurants were all excellent. Recommend this place to 1st timers definitely, will absolutely stay again!
