This is the best HomeGoods I've been in. Others don't have this vast a selection. It gets busy, for sure, but I've never left empty-handed.

3 stars because I usually have a pleasant experience with the associates here but today was different. A very polite girl rung me up and told me a gentleman would take the very large picture I purchased to my car. I thanked her since I was going to be going to the store next door and didn’t want to move my car to pull it up to the door for loading. I assured her I was still parked close for his convenience. She assured me it was perfectly fine and they are happy to help. When I got to the front door a different gentleman was standing there and I let him know I was waiting for someone to help take the picture for me. His response was very swift, “who told you we would do that? We don’t take stuff to peoples cars you can pull up.” Mind you, I am 40 weeks pregnant AND have my 17 month old in the cart with me. I pointed to the girl at the register who told me someone would help me. He said “well that’s not something we do but I’ll do it this one off.” I told him never mind not to worry about it. It was a very awkward and uncomfortable experience as a customer. I have worked in customer service for 14 years and completely understand how overwhelming it can be sometimes. I just think considering my circumstances he could have provided a better level of customer service. He then proceeded to shout across the floor to the girl on the register “we don’t take stuff to people’s cars.” Maybe he was just having a bad day.

Very nice location. Was greeted at the door and asked if I needed help finding anything. Huge variety of unique decor and furniture. Clearance items were sparse but overall neat store with great items.

First time coming to this store. Very friendly and welcoming, I was greeted by 2 associates. A friend gave me a $25 gift card months ago. I like the variety of items especially if you want a different type of decor. Some items can be pricey but I like the uniqueness. The line was long but after about 10 minutes, 3 other registers were opened. This is what I call great customer service!

Great store and well organized! They have so many beautiful decorations. If you like something, buy it when you see it because if you think you’ll get it next week, it may be gone and not be back! They have lots of dishes, planters, rugs, furniture, bed and bath decor, blankets galore! All for reasonable prices!
