I asked if I could get $1 for the .99 cents in change she was giving me (after I just spent $542 in her store) and she told me no… I’ll be shopping at Tuesday morning & At Home store from now on and will not give them anymore of my business. ??

While checking out there was one checker working, another checker on 1 hanging with friends playing around. The line was backed up with no help in sight. Once I got to checker I ask to speak to manager and her answer was that the checker was really friendly "what" . The checker finally called someone up. Bad management ! I must say the checker that was working was doing her job. She should have discussed with management. KIRKLAND Store has much better prices on art and other decorative items. It makes me sad.

I like their one of a kind custom pieces as well I know it’s a common store but I don’t ever see the items I purchase in someone else home . I have on TV though . Lol

I always find something that I want in this store! My cashier during my last visit helped me save 20% off of my purchase…now that’s great customer service!
