December 2021 by Karen “K222V”Considering empathetic customer service no longer exists, the three ladies, including the manager where polite and accommodating. However, the young man who goes to the floor and pulls the item for you, took one look at me and assumed that I wasn't paying, but merely asking for a hold.Hmm, any guesses as to why he would assume such a thing by merely looking at me? I have my ideas. Hopefully he will not be so judgmental in the future. Especially considering I very politely, calmly, quietly and far, far above his intelligence level , put him in his place?. I'll bet you he didn't assume that would be happening ?
