Terrible! They have 15 registers but only 5 were open. The line was around the entire store! Multiple employees were standing around talking. Called the manager twice to open more lanes and he never did. In fact, he closed one!

We came late, it was about 15 minutes prior to their closing. They welcomed us as if it’s the middle of the day, we bought bunch of stuff that needs to be wrapped, they delt professionaly with it. Amazing customer service positive vibes from the team over there. Thank you Home goods Allen team and in particular Lutfa who assisted us with a smile. Very satisfied.

This location is just too busy.. Very long checkout lines...picked over selection. The HomeGoods on Campbell Rd. In Richardson rocks! So much better!!!

LARGE store. Clothing on one side and home goods on the other. Clothing is aisles stuff on hangers, sorted by type and sizes. Reminds me of thrift store!!! Nice selections but i guess the volume dictates this manner of 'shelving'; no wasted space by displays... Home goods has everything from bed mattress to salt shakers!! Fun time can be had if you like to browse shop. WARNING: my pet peeve about this place is the checkout. It may be just me, but when there are 10-12 checkouts and only 2 are operating at peak hours and/or holiday season with a line that takes 45 MINUTES to get through.... Rediculous!!! Went yesterday. 4 checkouts were open, not a large crowd but still a 12 minute line!!! Really?!? Advice: go with someone. Check line upon entry. If line is long, you might want one to sand in line and the other shop.

LOL 1 review and 1 star on this store?? I’ll have to review in defense of the store. Yeah the lines get long but they have a TON of good stuff. The employees are always running around cleaning, helping and stocking. All like, 11 registers are open and the line almost never lasts more than 15-20 min even when it’s wrapped around. I’ve waited longer at a restaurant for a table. I’d urge people to shop early if you don’t like lines. It’s just an indication that lots of people want to buy the stuff they have. A sign of a good business! Love homegoods allen!!
