- December 2021 by John SmykWe have shopped at this store many times. Sunday afternoon My wife and I entered the store,grabbed a cart and started moving through the store. We gathered our items and at one point our cart was left alone, heaven forbid. We turned to grab it and it was gone with our items spread across parts of the store. Turns out some poor shopper couldn't get a cart so they remove your items and take off with it. I hope this shopper had a great day.......Beware of the shopping cart thiefs!!!!

This comment could go on and on, but I don't have all day. She even objected to scanning the tag to see if it was accurate or not. She claimed she could sell it to me for $199.99 plus 10% off although a comparable item in the shop was listed at $199.99. That person, who? When I contacted customer service, the representative demanded that I be aware that the price was wrong. I didn't really believe I could spend $34.99 on a chair at Home Goods, did I? Unacceptable and unprofessional. They both said that the warehouse, not the store, tags the goods. I devoted
- December 2021 by CraigAside from the very helpful salesperson and cashier (Olivia) both on the floor and at the register, my girlfriend lost her cell phone while shopping. We were assured by Olivia and the manager J.R. that they would contact us as soon as they found it. I actually stopped back in the store to look for her phone one more time at 8:05 PM (closing time was 8:00 PM on Sunday night) and as I walked into the store the manager stated that Olivia had JUST found the phone! Needless to say we were thrilled and wanted to publicly thank both Olivia and J.R. for their help and diligence. You don't see that kind of excellent customer service in too many retail stores these days! Kudos to Home Goods and to Olivia and J.R.!!

You never know what you'll find, but occasionally you'll come across some really great things. The prices are very reasonable, and it's definitely worth checking out if you're looking to save some money. The downside is that the store can be a bit messy and disorganized, so it can be difficult to find what you're looking for. However, if you're patient and take the time to look around, you're sure to find some great deals. Overall, Home Goods is a great place to find bargains on home goods. The prices are reasonable and you never know what you'll find. Definitely worth a visit if you're looking to save some money.
