- December 2021 by Aris S.I waited for close to an hour for an appointment that I had confirmed weeks in advance and taken off work for. When I confronted the staff members and the doctor about it, they gave me such an attitude that it was completely unprofessional. Greg said something along the lines of “it’s not been an hour yet.” He went on to bragging about how he is the “best podiatrist in Hawaii” as though he was some gift from god. I originally scheduled a bunion surgery with him despite the bad first impression because I was in a rush to fix my foot problems, but upon reading a few very damaging reviews about his poor work, and noticing that his credentials were questionable, I cancelled my appointment. Will look for a surgeon I can trust AND have rapport with.

As well his staff go above and beyond to help after I'd left my cell in the cab that dropped me off. Gave me a ride to go pick up my phone AND dropped me off at the airport! Aloha at its finest

He takes his time with you, explaining exactly what is wrong with your foot and different treatment options (this is probably why other reviewers report that he is running late). I gave his front desk staff my cell phone number and they called me when they were ready for me. He is extremely personable and friendly, and truly listens to his patients. Highly recommend.
- December 2021 by Jan DoyleI agree. The wait time is excessive. But if you ask what is the wait time when you walk in the door, they will give you a realistic time frame and take your cell number. That way you can go get a cup of coffee, run an errand, etc. And they will call you when you are next to be seen. I have used this method several times for his office. I think his care is good; he has done two surgeries for me and both with early recovery and good tesult. He's very personable.
- December 2021 by Leilehua YuenI've been very pleased with Dr. Morris's treatment of me. We have no surgeons who specialize in podiatry on Hawai?i Island. Dr. Morris was willing to see me. It?s expensive to have to add airfare to the doctor bill, but he was willing to work with my PCP to get me the best possible resolution for my feet. He answered all of my questions thoroughly, and was kind and encouraging in the hospital. The Queen?s staff all were awesome, from nurses to techs to anesthesiologist, to admin. I was treated so well and kept so comfortable. I had to go to California shortly after my surgery, and I was able to take photos of my foot every day and send them to Dr?s office for followup advice. The prescribed PT got me walking again, too!
