- December 2021 by John KingAfter having two procedures done on my right tow with Straub Clinic, I went to Dr. Yee's office for small surgery to remove a small cyst in my toe. I found out they wanted to look at what was done and schedule me for a small surgery. The doctor explained to me about not takin any medication before the surgery. They suppose to call me with a schedule. Another a couple weeks passed by and they called. I needed to have surgery on May. But they want me to go there to see the doctor again. When I asked for what reason: the response was, you need to sign paper works. I asked, "do I need to pay for this visit again?" The response was yes. The get money from my insurance company and I have to pay the co-op portion. The person works at that office was so rude. She needs to train how to talk to patient to begin with. it is a total ripe off to charge people for no reason. We are busy with our daily life and many people are struggling to make the ends these days. This is just another scam to profit people with needs.
