- December 2021 by Linda MendenhallThe doctor was very knowledgeable and extremely professional and kind. The receptionist was gruff and a bit cocky with how she treated my 88 year old mom. Mom has difficulty walking and standing. Mom asked if it was okay if she sat down and the receptionist insisted she come and stand at the counter to check her in. Mom struggled to keep her balance and look for insurance cards that the receptionist demanded she produce. The receptionist would benefit from sensitivity training when working with the elderly.

He is highly patient focused with a very good rapport and information exchange in each session. I would Highly recommend him for all podiatry and vein care for the legs. I have included photos from the Kapiolani street side to make the entrance easier to find. Walk past the Bank of Hawaii sign to find the lobby entrance. I've also included lobby works of art to help find the elevators up to the 11th floor as well. I really appreciated the sage advice, kind presentation, and awareness of possible supports and aids to help me. #RockFromRI

The doctor took time to listen, examine my injury, and explain to me the treatment. I am confident that I received excellent care from start to finish. I would highly recommend this practice.
- December 2021 by Amanda DonlinMy experience here was excellent. Dr. Tsubata was very caring and conducted a thorough examination of my issue. He also was very detailed in explaining the treatment I would receive. His office staff are also very courteous and professional. Highly recommend.
- December 2021 by Lakethe staff were very friendly and kind! the doctor is very knowledgeable, nice to talk to, and he explains what’s going on in a way that’s easy to understand. everyone genuinely cares about your well being and getting you back to your best self. I normally get nervous about the doctor’s office, but I’m looking forward to my follow up because everyone was so lovely!
