Haug Law group was great . Not only did they help where other firms couldn’t but they showed concerns to immediate needs and emergencies. Attorney Melissa Scheidel showed compassion and did everything in her power to help me recieve my injury settlement. I can’t thank her enough . I would highly recommend this firm to anyone in the GA area that need expedited fair compensation.

No communication. I was not informed of any updates and had to reach out on my own. As an adjuster for an insurance company, I’m quite familiar with the process. I agreed to settle in April and it was been 3 months and still no settlement check. I find it be ridiculous that it is taking so long for me to receive my settlement.

I had a terrible accident. I was T-Boned by someone doing over 70 MPH. I was hospitalized and thought I would not need a lawyer. After I was told the officer handling the case spoke to only the driver who hit me and decided that both parties were at fault, I knew I needed a lawyer. I researched lawyers by reading reviews from the clients only. I then looked at the pros and cons and Haug Law Group was the obvious choice. They are young, eager and won't stop or settle in the name of money. In particular, I would like to mention one lawyer who was beyond instrumental in handling my case. His name is Billy Collins. Billy was superb in the way he handled my case. Billy was no nonsense with the other insurance company. The most impressive thing that Billy did - and was totally unexpected was, he called me on a Sunday while he was at his softball practice and wanted to just update me on how the case was going. Who does that? No one. Haug law group is an honest, hard driving law group that actually serves the client beyond what is expected. If you want a lawyer to fight for you, I can honestly say, look no further than the Haug Law Group. These lawyers are A+++. I can't say enough about them. Professionalism & Satisfaction The Haug Law Group welcomed me like family from the first phone call to the last appointment scheduled in their office Colin Barron & Charlie showed genuine concern for me & the injuries I incurred from an auto accident in 2020 I put my Trust in them & the other Law Firm that referred me here Charlie listened to me vent about the accident my injuries my unpaid bills not being able to work etc she heard my cries & not once did Charlie or Colin rush me off the phone or avoid my calls even the Receptionist recognized my voice when I called the office for advice or other things related to my case If there were awards given out to Lawyers (like the Oscars) The Haug Law Group would win hands down for the Lawyers of the Year Award they Won My Auto Accident Case I'm Very PROUD of the Entire Staff in Sandy Springs Ga Keep up the Excellent Work Another Job Well Done

Worst of the worst The only thing nice about this law firm is the receptionist i genuine had high hopes being that I was referred here By Jason brown at 411 pain how horrible is it I’m a hard working young man I put my trust into this company my attorney Somalia Dixon was the rudest and most unprofessional she neglected my texts and call 24/7 which I have proof of along with that took my case and then went on a surprise vacation until May 9th just to come back and not call or contact me I had to to with her assistant which barely knew what to do they sent me to some slack Dr to get checked out he gave me medication that has nothing to do with my condition and they wouldn’t let me change it or get my MRI I have to pay for the medication myself as well now today that place is shutting down out the blue Mrs Dixon knew all parties and conditions of my case before taking it why out the blue she left a message for me to find another attorney without any reason and was so nasty to hear on the phone her talking so ghetto and uncaring I don’t have to tell you why either is what she said so distasteful and disrespectful do not go to her if you do choose this law firm she had no remorse when she simply could said you all don’t have the services to go against civil right from the jump wasted my time and treated me worst then the driver at fault. Choose another law firm some people who actually have a heart and care about your situation and will fight !
