From my first phone call to final resolution I was treated with courtesy, concern, and consideration. Mr Connolly was my attorney and he is fantastic. He made me feel like I was talking to an old friend, not a scary mean lawyer. Every person I interacted with was knowledgeable and efficient and treated me with respect. I felt like I was a real person and not just the next case to them. Final resolution was achieved quickly when it came time to settle. I was in a life threatening accident where a drunk driver hit me, while the process took an incredibly long time, (not due to grimes teich, just insurance and medical collection.) they were able to provide me with a great victory; justice. i highly recommend Senta Rhodes and Susan Vaughn-Hix for any personal injury inquiries. Communication was great, I felt as though they really cared about me. When we spoke over the phone it wasn’t just conversations about my case but they were genuinely concerned about my livelihood. The rest of the staff there is ALSO just as amazing. I will hopefully not be back, but if i’m ever injured in an accident, I know who i'm calling!!

When I had spoken with Anna Hamrick at Grimes Teich Anderson LLP about my situation and health issues, she had given me a list of things I would need to complete and what would happen after each phase I need to get done. I had followed all her recommendations and worked closely with her assistance Emily Brown in filling out all forms and gathering all documentation and started with the process to file my claim. Emily was a great help and was available when needed to ask question. After following all the instructions from Anna Hamrick and with the help from Emily Brown my claim was handled and approved in a timely manner. (Months sooner than what I told to expect) I feel my approval prosses was awarded sooner than what I was told to expect was due to the instruction and direction I was given from Anna and Emily. After the Award was given in my case was done the follow-up to make sure I understood everything and to answer any final question and made sure I understood everything in the award letter.
