Jeff and Kaci are great people! They were very professional and helpful. if it was something I didn’t understand they didn’t get frustrated with me. They really cared about me being a client and took the time to listen to me and what I needed. They never brushed me off as if my concerns didn’t matter. Thank y’all for everything! My name is James Bolton. In May of 2022 a mass was discovered in my colon resulting in a total of 3 surgeries. I was in contact with an administrative assistant at the firm whereby she was helping me with a personal matter of my own. She's very nice and helpful when I need my questions answered. I gave them 4 stars instead of 5 because of communication issues. In my case anyway, I feel they need to be in touch with their clients, giving the current status updates and any necessary notifications.

Jeff and kaci are really the best at what they do. Im glad i chose them to represent me in my case. And i would recommend them to anyone who needs a great team. Kaci always called or email me to check up on me throughout the whole process and was really helpful in helping me understand everything that was going on.
