She never answered me, just told me to call my insurance and ask them? Which is not how that works. I never followed up and netiher did she. I received a bill 8 MONTHS after my initial visit. I called the office for 2 weeks, left messages and no one ever returned my call. I finally went to the office only to discover they were no longer there. It was very sketch. I called the number one last time and someone actually answered. Apparently they've moved but the new address is updated nowhere. Seems like something you would update immediately. I'll have to call them back again to pay the bill and I don't expect them to answer. The entire experience was less than professional and still is.
