In 2019 i hired the brown firm as my p.i attorney. After some time had passed...I didnt feel my case was being handled in a professional manner. I voiced my concerns to my attorney. I also told him that I was seeking different representation. I dont remember if it was harry brown himself or a different attorney who apologized to me and addressed my concerns. But from that point forward they did everything (within reason) to satisfy me as a client. I was really impressed how they turned things around. That's why i decided to retain them again when i was rear-ended. My second experience with the brown firm was flawless. . They exceeded my expectation in every area of my case. Even their new location is more convenient for clients.

I would absolutely recommend this lawfirm! This is my 2nd time using the Brown Firm and both times I have been throughly satisfied with how knowledgeable they are and the level of care and concern they have given my cases. During my 2nd time using them I've had the pleasure of having Charles Rauton as my attorney and he's been so amazing. I truly appreciate how diligent he's been with staying on the adjuster from the at fault driver's insurance company to complete things in a timely manner. I was in a pretty awful auto accident. I’m self-employed with a small business - proving lost wages in such instances is an unbelievable burden. After getting in touch with The Brown Firm, being partnered with Charles Rauton, and providing the proper documentation regarding my losses, the outcome had substantially more value attached. Even with my intense record keeping, these cases can often have distinct outcomes depending on who you chose to represent yourself with - I threw a lot at the wall and thankfully Charles was patient with me while we worked out the best strategy. I’m glad I decided to go with this firm. I’m not sure any other party could have come close to negotiating such an outcome without court proceedings. Well done team, and well done Mr. Rauton! I would highly recommend Harry and associates to my friends and family. Lauren, my case manager, was very professional and kept me informed the entire claim and ensured that I had the best experience.
