We had hired them for my husband's case after terminating our first lawyer we had. I have nothing but good things to say about this law firm . Anytime I had a question or a concern they responded back fast and took the time to explain . Very nice the lady who represented us . Never made us feel like we were wasting our time with them . Yes law firms have a lot of clients and sometimes it takes a min to get back to a return call . But I have nothing negative at all to say about our experience . Thank you! I would recommend this law firm based off my own experience.

I'm definitely starting to regret my decision to let Monge handle my personal injury case. The first lawyer assigned to my case never really reached out to give me updates on my case. I always had to call or email her. I eventually had a hard time reaching her so I called the law office only to be told that my case was assigned to a new attorney. Why didn't anyone call or email me to inform me that I had a new lawyer? The new lawyer on my case isn't much better. I had to call her myself to find out my settlement offer which was so low to the point that it won't cover all my bills. Like are you serious? She was very cold when I spoke with her and I honestly feel very uneasy about letting her handle my case. There are too many other law offices that will probably go above and beyond to get you a good settlement and communicate with you along the way. I would NOT use them again nor recommend anyone else to use them.

- December 2021 by Kyle KeswickAlthough Monge & Associates won my personal injury case, there are a few points that I would like to touch on for anyone looking for representation. Communication was few and far between, and I felt like I had to constantly "check-in" on the status of my case. My calls and messages were not responded to in a timely manner, making me feel like I was not a priority. Lastly, I was surprised to learn after the settlement, there was a 40% fee they charge for their service. Perhaps it was my own fault for not asking at the beginning of the case, but I know this was information they didn't volunteer, either. The industry standard used by the majority of personal injury law firms is 33.3% based on my own research. Overall, it was easy to work with Ashely and she and her team won my case. In hindsight, I should have hired someone local that could have given me more attention and empathy.
