Ms. Melodi, however, was my lifeline of communication. I could not have made it through this process without her. Her attention to detail was AMAZING! She was very knowledgeable, diligent, and very personable. She served as an excellent advocate for my care and she was a beacon of light during my darkest times. I will forever be grateful for her.
