December 2021 by Evan MacAbsolutely have not ever had a bad meal at this restaurant. The service is exceptional, the food is always fresh and hot and correct! I can’t ever recall receiving an incorrect order or a dish that didn’t meet my expectations. And it’s not just this location, every Carrabbas I’ve dined at from Atlanta to Hilton Head has been top of the line in service, presentation and quality of each meal. Hats off to this chain-I would recommend everyone to come give them a try if u haven’t already. I’d give them 10 stars if I could!

December 2021 by Jim ElayanExcellent food, nice environment, good wine selection. Great place for a small group. We did the call ahead service but we still had a short wait. It was a Saturday night so that's not terribly surprising. The food was excellent. The chicken piccata was moist and zesty with the lemon and capers. Also had a Caesar salad that was very flavorful. More dressing than usual but I like that. Everybody enjoyed their entrees. The environment is pseudo Euro Italian, but very nice. It feels cozy and comfortable but upscale. Service was excellent. Very attentive. This is a great place for a group of friends, a family, or a casual date. You can easily have a conversation over dinner. The parking lot was pretty full, and it's a very large lot. But it is in a shopping center so there's plenty of overflow space. In Athens, Carrabba's kind of off the beaten path. It's on the main highway but in a shopping center that has lost a lot of big stores. However it's easy to get to and easy to find. I like to support local Italian places, but I have to say this chain does it right. It's a good choice for Italian comfort food.

Will made probably the best steak I've ever had and Antonio killed the pasta. Definitely recommend and will definitely return.. Also, no wait time!

December 2021 by Josh LunsfordStart off there was no wait and we were seated quickly after entering. Service was great even though our server had a large table she was also covering. We ordered our appetizer and it came out quickly. Soups and bread were also out quickly. Main dishes were hot and very tasty. The server was attentive and my drink was always full. Bathrooms were clean and well stocked. Can't find a single thing to complain about.

Also very good drinks :) The only critique is that the fried calamari came out a little too crispy, almost like it was dehydrated? Also the courses came in really quick succession, we hardly had any time to finish anything before our table was piled up with food! It was all very yummy though & our waitress was very friendly.
