December 2021 by David SoignoliAmendment; Dave followed up with me and was very knowledgeable concerning the VA! He answered my questions and asked me questions to better understand and find some way to assist me. I was denied by the VA because they did not process all the evidence that I had sent them. I'm quickly reminded that no matter what court you go to you're always better off having an attorney with you. I have done all the leg work with regards to evidence to clearly show that my rating should be at 100%. As I just had a defibrillator installed September 1st. The diagnostic code 7015 states that the veteran be rated at 100% upon admission into the hospital for the device installation indefinitely. I was exposed to Agent Orange while I was in service and now I have a defibrillator at 55 years old. I am hoping that you could help me settle this more quickly as I've lost 10 years of my life thanks to my time in service. Thanks again for following up with me, the time you spent with me was valuable!

December 2021 by Triniti BrooksI WOULD’NT CONTACT THEM TO REPRESENT A ROACH! My infant was involved in a car accident. I reached out for legal representation from George Sink. They were quick to send someone out for me to sign the contracts initially. Showed interested and put on a facade as if they were for the people. After that, they went completely ghost. I never received any calls or emails. The only time I have talked to the lawyer or his assistant is when I call to speak with them. The case has been at the same point since the beginning. They have got no where. They have that my son was seen at multiple hospitals the day of the accident in paperwork. How the hell could he be two places at once? It’s ridiculous how unorganized, and unprofessional they are. I completely understand that these things do sometimes take time. But to be on the same place we were when I signed the contracts is insane. Along with the fact that they NEVER even call to follow up. -100 wouldn’t recommend to a dog.

December 2021 by Cornell RuffI felt less than a person with concerns. I wasn't able to give a full description of what actually happened. Just able to a swer questions the young lady asked me If she would have listened to the full impact of my accident she may have been able to privde the attorneys a more accurate picture of what happened. I was treated very rudely with no compassion to the extent of my suffering. If there was a star less than 1 I would have given it.

December 2021 by Alex ManorMe and my family were involved in a car accident November 2019 by a drunk driver, which you would assume it should be an open and shut case, I started with one lawyer as the months went by I was never receiving information about our case until I called only to find out that the lawyer that was over our case no longer worked there and my case was just sitting in limbo, they finally appointed me a new lawyer over our case and it was still more of the same, seems nothing was getting done until we started questioning what was going with our case. We were supposed to get reimbursement for rental car fees from at fault auto insurance company, which we never received and when I asked my lawyer about he told me it was mailed to the wrong address and he would have them resend it to my correct address and I still have not received the check, I called my lawyer and left voice-mails and never received a call back. Our case did not get settled until January 2022.
