December 2021 by Cejai LovinHad a meeting with their initial contact. Gathered all information and then accepted the case. Simple case with video easy win. I received my welcome letter and then the Monday after I received my we are dropping your case. No reason, no call no nothing. Funny they say the are here for you but if they have to do something I suppose like work then they aren't for you. Go somewhere else the staff is friendly but that's it and I can't have a receptionist represent me no matter how nice she is!

Great service, they kept me informed, got me a chiropractor and when they settled I was pleased with the money I received. Holly and Joe Fisher worked with me. I'm very happy with them. If I ever get in another collision that's who I'm calling again.

December 2021 by Jason SpringsAfter speaking with them regarding my case they said they would get back to me within 3 or 4 business days. Two weeks later I received a call after I called back twice to get an answer. No biggie people are busy. The assistant not the attorney said I had a case but they could not assist me which is disappointing. I felt like my case though valid wasn’t enough money for them to take me on as a client. Maybe they would have preferred I state I could no longer work so they could have chased the bucket of gold at the end of the rainbow who knows. They have great reviews so I felt this would be a strong attorney to represent me. I was told by others that if you are a vet deal with an attorney who only does VA related or medical malpractice cases. The whole thing made me feel like maybe they are ambulance chasers and just want money and only care about you if you can make them more. I do thank Mr. Sink for serving our country but your company has failed local vets in my opinion. Will I still get a Christmas Card this year?
