I cannot say enough great things about this law firm!! Valerie and Paige absolutely go above and beyond for people!! My case was an obstacle and they pressed through with me and for me. Sorry for the book, but I like details when hearing people’s opinions about consumer issues. I was injured on the job after a fall in two different areas on my body. One was obvious, with a wrist break, while the other was not, a neck and back injury. My case actually fell into Johnnie Fulton’s lap after the attorney that was recommended to me, retired unexpectedly after handling my case about 9 months. I met with Johnnie and immediately knew she would stand up for me. She was one of a kind and I will never forget her. Johnnie fought and helped me get my full workers comp benefits and settlement, after they initially denied my neck and back injury claim. My neck and back injury was so severe that my neurosurgeon suggested I file for disability after seeing no further treatment would improve my injury or quality of life, which at 49, was not in my life plan. It was a long, drawn out process with social security, as is most of the time, so my patience was thin. Johnnie actually passed away a few months before I received a date for my final hearing before the judge. I’m not going to lie, I was distraught after finding out she died, as far as my case went. I met with Valerie a couple of times after the initial shock of Johnnie’s death lessened, and things settled in their office. Although young, I could definitely tell Valerie was Johnnie’s daughter! She took over my case, was thorough, supportive and informative, and ended up helping me get approval on my disability case. I would highly recommend Valerie and this firm for any of your needs. The entire staff is top notch! I know Johnnie is proud!
