Paul Silvestri actually checked up on me several times to calm any and all stress and/or anxiety I was experiencing. He handled the various doctors I needed to see and even scheduled my appointments with them. He was extremely understanding and patient with me - and that was truly appreciated. I would recommend Paul to anybody in my situation!

December 2021 by 3december73 GmailThey were quick to respond but I thought I would have more help understanding the process and dealing with insurance and doctors.. especially frustrated trying to get things done while you're in pain and every new person you talk to , you have to go thru the entire story of what happened over again so they can understand and offer whatever help they can give. The preferred injury office that sent us to right away, is awesome, they really care about you. All in all I'm not upset with the attorneys , I just wish they were more informative and personable. Getting the car fixed was Auto Owners insurance ppl.. they were super fast and we appreciate their quickness so the attorney, Jon, he got us started with the chiropractor Dr at preferred injury and so far.... That's all. I don't know if anything is happening behind the scenes... Very little contact from him and all initiated by me, when I had questions. Well see I guess This is a new experience for me.. maybe this is how slowly it is suppose to go.. maybe it j looks slow to me ?
