December 2021 by Alyssa BurgwinkelMy sister and I went to Lecada for our first ever facial/lip fillers and Botox and we could not be more thrilled with absolutely every part of our experience. We were greeted so warmly by the women at the front desk and they made sure we felt comfortable and welcomed. They even made sure my boyfriend was comfortable in the waiting room while he waited for us! Obviously, it being out first time ever, we were pretty nervous. But Natalie and her assistant Rachel made us forget all about that. They were thorough, professional, and so SO kind to us. My boyfriend even said he could hear us all laughing together from the front room. Natalie made sure we were on the same page when it came to our lip shape/the amount of syringes being used and she made the process feel quick and painless! We are never going anywhere else. We’re Natalie’s girls for life! :)

The front desk girls were so nice and even accommodated me an 1 hour before my appointment so I could avoid rush-hour traffic on my way home!! The girl who helped advise me on what services I should get and pricing was so sweet and informative! She showed me before and after pictures and helped me choose the best option for the results I was looking for!! Natalie was my injector and she was so sweet and fun! She was so accommodating with my anxiety about needles and allowed multiple breaks during my session so I was comfortable! I am actually so happy I went and I can’t wait to visit the office again :)

They are attentive; calling after procedures to make sure I'm happy with the results, and detail oriented; taking notes if I want to tweak anything. My favorite injectors are Brooke and Deanna :)

December 2021 by Sophia RouseI was a little apprehensive to go back while my favorite injector is out on maternity leave but Natalie from the moment she walked in was warm, welcoming and a huge hit with my daughter Geneva. She listens carefully to what I was looking for from the appointment and even took the time to assess a few other things I was interested in doing in the near future. I love the experience and can’t wait to go back, thank you Lecada and all the lovely ladies that make it a phenomenal experience from the moment you walk in to the moment you leave!

December 2021 by Gina SperanzaThe only positive light of this business is the friendly ancillary staff I encountered. I found Lecada through instagram and saw a handful of mutual friends following them and scheduled for a liquid rhino only. During the consult I was told there was a deal for two syringes instead of one so I agreed and we planned to put the extra into other places. At the end of my visit, my total came to over $2,200 when I was planning on only spending some over $1,000. When I talked to the front desk about it, another person came up and acted as if I was trying to scam the business out of money or as if I didn’t have money. I received a large amount of attitude and was told I knew I was getting four syringes when I informed them that I had no idea that I was getting that much or else I would’ve not agreed to it or rescheduled because I had $3700 in rent in two different places that also came out of my account that day. I gave her all of my information, both addresses, and my card information and told her she could withdraw the rest of the money owed first thing in the morning the next morning when my direct deposit came in, which was followed by multiple comments of “if you don’t call first thing I’m the morning I am coming to your house and hunting you down.” I understand running a business and that people do try to scam businesses out of money, but I feel the way this situation was handled was completely unprofessional for the fact that I should’ve been told I was getting double the amount of syringes I thought I was and also how I was treated when this came as a complete surprise to me. Just like a lot of the general population, this is not my expertise so whatever is being done, I agree to the recommendations. The only good experience were the front desk girls who were incredibly nice. I am also now a few weeks out from my fillers, and some of my cheek filler has migrated into my smile line which I plan on going anywhere else but here to have dissolved. Four syringes when only planning for one is a huge jump and should be clarified prior to initiating the procedure. I was truly hoping to find this as a place that I would regularly come to down here, but now would not recommend this place to anybody I know solely based on how I was treated in the aftermath. I understand that filler can migrate, so that is the least of my issues with Lecada. Treating customers with the attitude and the lack of professionalism that I received leaves a forever impression on a business, especially when the customer is telling you they genuinely did not know and is willing to provide any information/sign a contract that you will pay the rest of the dues less than 12 hours later because of the error on their clarification.
