I had no knowledge of who to turn to for help. I did not have a doctor and was lost as what steps to take and where to start. Mike was very helpful in giving me general information about the medical choices available to me in my area. The help that was provided to me by Mike’s paralegal, Kelly, was invaluable. Kelly was professional and yet personable at the same time. She made herself available whenever I had a need or a question. I found that Kelly was extremely knowledgeable in her field of expertise. She was and is a wonderful representative for Mike’s practice. The majority of my case took place during Covid. All of my interactions with Mike and his team was by phone, FaceTime, and Zoom.
