December 2021 by The NightShiftAfter almost a year of working with this "firm" I STILL have not been able to have my case resolved. After giving up on this "firm" I chose to go with another firm. I emailed my case manager 3 times to which they failed to notify me that a copy of my file was ready, only to get a letter in the mail from the Rawlings company that Gibbs & Parnell will no longer be representing me. Great work Tom 0/10 unprofessional bedside manor, uncommunicative staff, laughable medical facility recommendations for therapy, 7/10 still in pain.
