I also worked with Yailene and she was very polite and professional and responded back in a timely matter whenever I would ask about updates. I highly recommend Franchi Law!

She made this VERY stressful and hard time a little easier because I didn't have to worry about too much of the paperwork and she really took the time out to explain EVERYTHING. She even helped with setting my appointment with the Chiropractor and she listened I NEVER had to repeat anything we spoke of previously. I felt like I mattered. Franchi Injury Law is amazing !!!!

I was always advised throughout the entire process and kept informed as to the progress of the case. Marlem Varnell was just fantastic in here followup and attention to detail! I could have not had a better team member to work with during the process. Additionally, Mr Franchi's talent and skills to finally make it happen were the best I've ever experienced!! They were able to finally bring a close to the case that was beyond my expectations!!! I highly recommend this firm and feel they are the best in the Tampa Bay Area!!
