Having a not-at-fault accident is a stressful and difficult situation in itself. We were recommended to contact CK and we are pleased we did. They are extremely professional, and were impressed from the first meeting. The process was explained to us in a manner that was easily understood, making it seamless and less confusing. Angie McDuffie was our Case Manager and she was always very responsive and kept in communication with us. Could not have made it through without you Angie, thank you so much for everything. Really appreciate working with Culpepper Kurland and their staff. Just working with Brett, Dwayne, Angie and Bernice, from day one, I instantly could feel that they are caring and they are there for you. It was great to be able concentrate on routine things, knowing that I had someone taking care of all the rest. I was motivated to write a review because I had a great experience with Sherry Galvin. No one ever wants to be in accident. It can be a very hard and confusing experience. It is more difficult to manage if you have been injured. I was very blessed to not have to navigate it alone. Culpepper Kurland and Sherry Galvin worked with the insurance companies so I could focus on healing. Sherry G. was very reassuring and I never doubted that she was fighting hard for me. The whole situation was complicated by Covid. She still made sure that I got the care I needed to get better. I’m very glad that we have honest hardworking attorneys on our side. The insurance companies don’t care, so I’m glad I had Culpepper Kurland in my corner that does. Thanks again Sherry G. for being compassionate and tenacious! Aaron!
