I put off going to the dentist for years because of past negative experiences at other dentists office and had a lot of anxiety going in. Everyone at Playa is warm, welcoming, and helpful. They made me feel at ease and made my procedures easy and painless. The dr is kind and patient. I no longer feel scared to go to the dentist. They’re also great about scheduling. I got sick right before my appointment and they rescheduled me with no hassle. They also got my husband in right away when he cracked his tooth. Unlike other offices you never have to wait too long for an appointment. They also text you reminders for appointments and have let me reschedule by text which makes things so easy. Again highly recommend Playa for your dental needs.
- December 2021 by Laci HughbanksAbsolutely the most unprofessional dentist office I've ever been to. I came to my appointment to have 2 small cavities filled. I go back, and they start taking 20 minutes worth of x rays. Then once I get to my room, I wait for another 15 minutes for the dentist to give me gas and start. Then the hygienist and dentist start discussing "she's only here for a checkup". They start examining my teeth, then say I need to make an appointment to have my wisdom teeth removed. I go to get my mom, then they tell her I have 8 cavities and need extractions. 2 weeks before I was told my wisdom teeth are fine, all of my teeth are Perfect besides 2 small cavities. The dentist also was extremely rude and made me cry.
