My family and I have been going to New Tampa office location on B-Downs/County Line Road for a few years and very happy- high quality work, friendly staff, able to schedule convenient days/times and have had zero issues with insurance/billing back and forth. Highly recommend! Very glad made move to Briter Smile!

Saied Shayes and his clerk ripped me off. I went in for a general cleaning which is covered by Florida Blue Dental. They charged me $100 for a panoramic x-ray and other miscellaneous fees which resulted in an additional $100. The total charges resulted in a total of $200 for a general 6 month visit. The average deductible of a 6 month dentist visit with insurance coverage is $50. They also were not upfront with my. Charges and didn't specifically tell me what was or was not covered by my insurance. I did not want anything not covered by my insurance charged. I will not be coming back to this office. Saied Shayes doesn't deserve the title of Dentist.

It started with such promise. They were very diligent with following up with me pre appointment with an insurance issue. Then the day of, the appointment was extremely rushed. The dentist told me I had two cavities but didn’t show me on the X-ray or point then out to me. The cleaning was hands down the worst cleaning I have ever had. She kept hurting me and didn’t care every time I said “ow”. She didn’t even use the handheld mirror to check the back of my teeth. It felt exactly like they just want the insurance money and don’t care about their patients at all. The entire appointment from paperwork to out the door was 20 minutes. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. I regret wasting my 6mo visit at this place.

Very friendly office staff. Excellent examination including cancer check. I have had problems with bone loss for years and this is the first time I was told there is something that helps with that. I had the treatment and can’t explain how much better those teeth feel. Cleaning is all new technology. All in all a great experience. They tell you how much it will cost and explain everything before the work is done so there are no surprises. I highly recommend Dr. Shayes, he is very thorough, gentle and cares very much about his patients. If I could give more than five stars I would.
