This practice's business model is "deliver quality service, to get consistent referrals". Therefore, this practice doesn't take any Insurance Plans at all. After establishing themselves, many people don't mind paying a little extra for quality service. I respect that they have established value, and are making profit based on that value. They are happy, the people paying a little extra are happy. If you don't mind paying a little extra for procedures, it's worth it to be well taken care of. If you feel that you pay a lot for your insurance, and deserve to have more coverage for procedures, try finding a practice that does take your insurance, and doesn't treat you like a number. There ARE good dentists out there that DO take insurance plans....you just got to do the research and ask the right questions. Good for you Dr. Ron in what you've accomplished here. Well done!

This is the place to go if one is fearful of dentistry. They are so kind and compassionate. Ivy is caring and always makes us feel like we are her favorite. I suspect most feel that way when they get to work with her. Dr ONeil is patient and understanding. So blessed to have found this group.

I would highly recommend Dr. O'Neil and his staff. Ivy (hygienist) is great. She made sure I was comfortable during my visit. Both Dr. O'Neil and Ivy explained what they were doing along the way and were eager to answer any questions I had.

I’m so grateful that I have found not only an amazing dentist, but a very thorough and knowledgeable hygienist. The office staff is super friendly and the office is esthetically on point. They truly have the whole package! I have to thank Cassandra, their wonderful marketing manager for turning me on to such a fabulous dental practice! I highly recommend!! ???

Drs. O'Neal and Brandimore and the entire staff have provided exceptional professional treatment in an extremely caring way to my mother who had extensive dental needs. She had been resistant to treatment for several years, but after 20 minutes with The Family Dentist team, she was so comfortable and confident in their abilities that she immediately agreed to their treatment plan. The entire team is aware that we both travel a long distance to their office and they work to accommodate our schedule! Their kindness goes beyond what anyone could imagine. The results of their highly skilled care has change my mother's life! We can't thank them enough!
