Beware! Expensive commercials of how great they are mean nothing. This office is lazy and ineffectent. Almost 2 months after a car accident where I was not at fault they finally get around to letting me know the other insured did not have the insurance to pay out and dropped my case. 2 months! This is something they should have found out in first couple weeks. I went to PT at least 20 times now I knew they were lazy the first couple of weeks in after the paralegal called me wanting info that I had already provided in the intake I thought then "have they not been in touch with the other party by now"? It's completely unacceptable to have someone take this much time jumping thru hoops losing money from work getting MRIs and other work my insurance doesn't cover to tell me 2 months afterwards I have no case in a no fault claim where my vehicle was totaled and I was injured. This law firm is a prime example of law firms in Florida they are all cherry pickers and do not help those folks that truly have cases but a little work has to be done All lawyers here only want easy money. Not my first experience with lawyers in Florida. Out of 10 firms called maybe 1 will even call back. Something needs to be done. ?

I had the best experience with this law firm. Working with Mrs. Maryanne and her team were very nice and understanding of my case. In the beginning I didn’t have a clue of who to get help from but after speaking with her she guided me and helped me understand what to expect. Thank you to Rubinstein for everything. Love this place! I had such a great experience from start to finish. Their level of professionalism is outstanding. The communication and transparency was everything I needed.
