December 2021 by senolia HornMorgan & Morgan is great at getting a judgment on your case after signing your settlement letter they tell you you'll get a check in 6 weeks I signed my settlement letter August 4th and it is now coming into October 4th and I still have not received a settlement check. I was told they have a check and they're waiting on an accounting department to send them a settlement letter so that they can deposit the check they have for me it wouldn't be so bad if they just tell you it's going to take about 2 or 3 months that way you're not planning anything but when they tell you you're going to get something you plan for it and I called and I said I was going to take another two or three weeks which was okay just tell me that's what it's going to take instead I'm going to try to get you a check this week the week has ended and I have no check

From the very first phone call I made to hire them after my auto accident on March 25, 2022 until I signed the release papers today, August 30, 2022. The representative I spoke to during the first call explained all the content on the intake forms because my head was pounding, neck was hurting, and I couldn’t see straight due to my accident. He was so very polite and helpful. When the firm assigned a lawyer and assistant to my case, they gave me the BEST pair!!! Ian B. and his right hand, Sharon M., are very efficient!!! They responded to my questions quickly and followed up with me every step of the way!! I can tell they take their careers seriously and they provided me excellent service. They are the epitome of what Morgan & Morgan stand for. They fought hard for me!! I am thankful for all the hard work Ian, Sharon, and Morgan & Morgan put in on my behalf. I filled out their online form and no less than five representatives called me, who do not seem local, and cannot seem to ever transfer me to a case evaluator. Yet they still keep calling and starting from scratch. For a firm that claims to be so big and so good at what they do they cannot even take an incoming call correctly. This is a truthful representation of what I went through - don’t waste your time. How do I get this place to stop calling me!?!?
