I inquired with her on legal aid on behalf of a family member who doesn't speak English well. It was great to learn from Laura that she along with other members of the office are multilingual. That's a major relief for my family and I, as I quickly found myself out of my scope for legal translation skills.

She guided through the whole process, communicating with me every step of this case. Lastly, in the end she went out of her way once the case was closed to get my check reissued after the check was voided because of improper endorsements. She hand delivered the check to my home instead of mailing it at her own motivation to make sure I got my check in my hands. This is the type of service I love to pay for and if I ever have any legal issues I know who to call. Thanks Mike and Ashley
