December 2021 by Doris TorresI was disappointed that I was unable to receive follow-up treatment after surgery, other than just over the phone virtual appointments that lead to more prescriptions, but no physical therapy. If I had to do it over again, I would not do the surgery. I was also dissatisfied with the staff handling my case. My case manager left the firm and I had no idea. The person handling it after the departure of my first case manager kept telling me ,"Oh, it will be done soon. You should receive it in a day, but after waiting almost a week, I had to follow up. This happened at least on two separate occasions. Not really happy with how it turned out. More money went out to lawyers and doctor's than me, and I was the victim and the one having to chase office staff around trying to get answers. I would not recommend Trial Pro.
